This website (the “Website”), is owned and operated by SABON, a New York limited liability company, (referred to herein as "SABON", “we” or “us”).  Sabon provides this Website to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).  By visiting or otherwise using this Website and its services, features, products or any of the content obtained directly or indirectly from us, you accept and agree to comply and be bound by these Terms.  If you do not accept and agree to these Terms, you may not visit the Website, purchase or order any of its products or use any of its contents or services. Our Website can be accessed through a computer or mobile device and these Terms govern your use of our Website and your conduct regardless of the means of access. Sabon reserves the right to change or modify the Terms from time to time at any time, without notice, and in its sole discretion.

If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with authorization and supervision of a parent or a legal guardian. 

PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

The purpose of this Website is to provide you with information about us, our products, services and retail locations. In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Website and may be able to monitor and perform activities regarding your membership accounts through this Website.

You agree that you will not upload, post or send us any material that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of any party’s intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. You must not send to us any malicious software (such as viruses, Trojan horses and the like) or other rogue programming, political messages, solicitations, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." All of SABON products displayed on the Website can be ordered and delivered only within United States. The products we display on our Website may also be available at Sabon retail locations throughout United States. All prices of our products are quoted in US dollars and are valid and effective solely in the United States. If any minor uses any SABON products, then such use should be undertaken only once the legal guardian or a parent discussed the product with the minor user's medical professional.

Product information is intended for personal or information purposes only. The statements we make about our products have not been evaluated by governmental agencies, including, but not limited to Food and Drug Administration. None of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any type of condition or disease. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting the Website, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Sabon. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website or to the Content, products or services sold or distributed by Sabon shall be solely adjudicated in Supreme Court of the State of New York or in the U.S. Federal District Court located in New York County, New York, and you consent and submit to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts and agree to accept service of process by electronic mail.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Website, our policies, and these Terms at any time. Mobile Terms & Conditions

SABON offers its customers mobile alerts regarding sale promotions, event information, product launch announcements, cart reminders, back in stock alerts, price drop alerts, low inventory alerts by SMS message (the "Service") on 65169. By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service

Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years
old. Before the Service starts, you will need to agree to these Terms. SABON reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice.

By opting into the Service, you:

Authorize SABON to use auto dialer or non-auto dialed technology to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).

B. Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.

C. Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in.

The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. SABON may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. SABON and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

We offer several shipping options for your convenience:

• Ground Shipping - Arrives within 7 business days - Complimentary with any order of $49+ (unless specified otherwise) before taxes and fees, and after any coupon or loyalty points are applied.

Please allow extra time for your order to process around US holidays.

Our Policy

To comply with UPS regulations, please note that any hazmat item may ship via Ground Service only.

We are unable to ship to: Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or any commercial and freight forwarder addresses. SABON is not liable for any damaged or lost orders that are shipped to freight addresses, commercial addresses or any addresses outside the U.S.

If you wish to have expedited shipping, please note this does not expedite the processing time in our warehouse. Please allow time for your order to process before being shipped out.

Our facility does not operate on weekends and national holidays. Please plan delivery time accordingly. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for orders placed with the UPS Ground Shipping option.

Currently, UPS is unable to deliver Sabon packages to P.O. Boxes, commercial addresses or locations outside of the U.S.

We do ship to Puerto Rico via USPS.

Depending on the total weight of the item(s) you purchase, the shipping destination and the shipping method, your shipping rate will vary. Your total shipping & handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

SABON is unable to waive any UPS shipping fees.

All free shipping promotions are calculated based on the grand total of the order. The grand total is indicated after all promotional discounts or loyalty points have been applied.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order.

If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 2 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be refunded.

You must report any damage or missing item that could have occurred between our facility to the shipping address on the order within three (3) days from the delivery date marked by the carrier. We will not be able to investigate any delivery exception past this timeframe. Please note that the customer MUST provide images of any damage, missing item or any other delivery exception as per request from the Customer Service Team. We will not be able to investigate without the requested images and will not issue any replacement or refund if the customer fails to provide the requested evidence.

This policy applies for Returns of products purchased at SABON's online store:

Please note: Items purchased online may only be returned online. SABON Boutiques are not able to accommodate returns for products purchased via online channels.

Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase

Return will be refunded back to your original form of payment

Shipping fee of $4.95 deducted from refund, if using a shipping label provided by Sabon

Must return GWP if threshold is not met otherwise GWP will be deducted from the refund

No return on sale items accepted

Returned items must be in the original packaging, sealed, unused and in “sellable” condition. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.

No refund when shipped to freight forwarding address

If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging

Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged

You may exchange a gift for store credit, on which the $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted

Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your package

In order to request a return label for your package, please contact our Customer Service Department with your order number, the items you would like to return, and your reason for the return.

Retail Store Return Policy

This policy applies for Returns of products purchased at a SABON Retail Location only. For Retail Partners such as ULTA, please refer to their policy.

Please note: Items purchased in-store may only be returned in-store. SABON Online Store is not able to accommodate returns for products purchased in-store.

We hope your purchase brings you joy; should you ever buy anything from a SABON store location that is not pleasing to you, the product can be returned within 45 days of purchase.

Items purchased with cash in our stores may only be exchanged or a store credit will be issued; item may be exchanged with another product with an equal or greater value (customer pays the price difference if new product is of higher value).

With a receipt for a credit card purchase within 45 days, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

Without a receipt, after 45 days, or without access to the original form of payment, you will receive store credit in the amount of the lowest price ever offered.

To receive store credit, you must have a customer profile in our register system and provide full contact information.

We currently offer ship-from-store orders at all store locations. In-store purchases shipped within the continental United States have 45 days from the date of purchase to be returned. Returns will be credited and honored as specified above.

SABON reserves the right to refuse excessive or frequent returns at the business’s discretion.

SABON reserves the right to modify its return, refund, and exchange policy at any time, without notice.

ROYAL PASSPORT PROGRAM

You can join our loyalty program (the “Program”) either online, or at any SABON store in the US.

The Program is offered at the sole discretion of SABON and may be revised or terminated by SABON at any time.

By joining, and/or participating in, the Program you hereby fully accept its Terms of Use, as may be updated by SABON from time to time. All updates shall take effect immediately upon posting of the updated term/s, unless otherwise stated. Any notice for such updates will be posted on our website. You should periodically visit our website and these Terms of use for updates. Your participation in the Program after an effective date of any update will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are in addition to all other terms, conditions, or agreements you may have with SABON and in no way are meant to detract from or substitute any such terms, conditions or agreements. These Terms of Use include, and incorporate herein, our Privacy Policy.  You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the contents of the Privacy Policy.

The Program is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.  If you are not 18 years of age or older, please do not Join the Program.

The Program is only available for individuals for their own personal use. The Program is not intended for groups, corporations or associations or for commercial use. 

The Program and its benefits as specified herein (the “Benefits”) are only available for merchandise sold, at retail, at owed and operated SABON stores in the US, or ordered and purchased on our website, for delivery in the US.

Your Program Benefits do not expire as long as SABON is offering this Loyalty Program. The Benefits are personal to you as a Program member or “Member”. Benefits cannot be assigned, sold or transferred to anyone, and cannot be used for any purpose other than the purchase of SABON products.

Becoming a Member

No fee or purchase is required to become a Member 

To become a Member you will be required to provide your full name, phone number, email address and home address.

By providing us with your information you hereby give us permission to contact you regarding your Program membership, providing you with customer service and support, providing advertising and promotional materials, or for any other business purpose, via any one of the communication channels provided, including but not limited to, through phone calls, text messages, emails and letters. You may contact customer service to update your mailing preferences at any time.

By joining as a Member you hereby agree: (i) that the information you provide SABON is accurate and complete, (ii) to always provide current, accurate and complete information about yourself, and (iii) to promptly update and maintain your information with us.

Each Member can only have one loyalty account. Upon joining you will immediately be entitled to Membership Benefits.

To acquire or exploit Benefits you must provide your full name, phone number and home address, as well as any other form of identification as required by SABON. Purchases made without providing required identification are not eligible to earn Benefits.

Membership Benefits

To welcome you to the Program, upon joining, you will receive two (2) ten Dollar ($10) coupons for SABON merchandise. One coupon can be redeemed by you only during the calendar month following the month on which you joined the Program, and the other only during the calendar month after that. The coupons have no cash value and cannot be used for any purpose other than for purchasing SABON products.

Additionally, as a Member, for every purchase you make, from the date you join and on, will earn you one (1) Program point or “Point” for every (1) Dollar ($1) of SABON products purchased.

Every Point is redeemable, from your next purchase: (10) Points are worth one Dollar ($1) credit with SABON. You can only redeem points on full priced products. Points are considered a discount and cannot be used in combination with another discount or promo code. Royal Passport Loyalty Points can only be used online at us.sabon.com and cannot be used in store with our retail partners.

Happy Birthday! During the calendar month of your birthday you are entitled to a one-time ten dollar ($10) discount, available to you, for a single purchase. This coupon is only valid during your birthday month and will expire if not redeemed during this time period.

General

You may terminate your Program membership at any time.

SABON reserves the right to terminate your Program membership if we suspect any fraud or deception has taken place, due to a violation of these Terms of Use, or for any other reason.

In the event your Program membership terminates for any reason not involving fraud, deception or the violation of these Terms of Use, you shall have thirty (30) days from the date of termination to redeem your accumulated Benefits. Any Benefits not redeemed in such period shall be lost, and you will not be entitled to any compensation.

This Program and its Terms of Use shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.  Any dispute arising out of, relating to, or otherwise concerning the use of the Program, or its Benefits, shall exclusively and finally be resolved by private arbitration before a single arbitrator, in which the parties may be represented by legal counsel. All arbitration hearings shall be conducted in New York City, New York. Such arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association and conducted under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.  Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

This Website (the “Website”), is owned and operated by SABON, a New York limited liability company, (referred to herein as "Sabon", “we” or “us”).  This document explains what information we collect about visitors, customers, members of our loyalty programs and subscribers (together referred to as “Users” or “You”) to our Website and how we use this information.

The privacy of those who visit our Website is important to us. Mobile Specific Privacy Policy

SABON uses cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts. A cart is considered abandoned within one hour of inactivity/lack of purchase. Once the cart is considered abandoned, an SMS message will be sent as a reminder.
